Celebrating 10 years with Richmond Fellowship

Pamela Waterhouse 10 yearsStaff and residents at Colindale, our London supported housing service, came together to throw a surprise party for Pamela Waterhouse, who this month celebrated ten years working for Richmond Fellowship.

Pam, locality administrator in London, began working for Richmond Fellowship as a recovery worker before moving into her role as an administrator.

Speaking of her ten years with Richmond Fellowship, she said:

“It is the biggest cliché of all, but my most favourite thing about coming to work is that no day is ever the same.
“I have my usual tasks such as finance returns and ordering to do, but my days are punctuated by my LM and the team leaders calling me with information requests and some of the things I have to find out about are very interesting.
“There can’t be many admins who enjoy their work but I really do.”

Outside of work Pam confesses herself to be ‘something of a nerd’ that enjoys museums, classical concerts and singing in a choir.

Steven Smith-Trask, managing director for Richmond Fellowship (south), said:

“Congratulations to Pam on this incredible mile stone. Any organisation is only as good as the people who work there and to have someone with Pam’s experience supporting our work in London is a huge asset.”

At the end of the month Pam will be taking a well earned break to visit Australia. Congratulations to Pam and thank you for your long service to Richmond Fellowship.
