Working in partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and East Surrey Clinical Commissioning Group, our safe haven will help people with mental health problems to find their way out of crisis quickly, simply and without the need to go into hospital.
The safe haven is open 6pm-11pm Monday-Friday, as well as weekends and bank holidays.
How we help
We support people to develop emotional management and resilience, personal and life skills to achieve greater independence and self-esteem.
We provide a warm and welcoming environment in which to support you through a mental health crisis. As well as listening and supporting you, our team can also signpost to other services in the area that can be of support.
Who we can help
Anybody experiencing a mental health crisis and in need of support.

At the heart of everything we do lies:
- Hope: the belief that recovery is possible for every individual
- Respect: valuing differences and all contributions
- Enabling: giving people encouragement and support to achieve their goals
- Inclusion: the belief that everyone has a right to participate fully in society.
