Blackpool Supported Housing (Runcorn Avenue) Store in Blackpool

Who we are

Richmond Fellowship’s Runcorn Avenue Supported Housing service works with individuals to develop a specific package of support using the recovery framework.

What we do

We aim to encourage people to become more confident and independent and help them develop their skills.

Who we help

Our service is for anyone aged 18 to 65 living in Blackpool, who have an enduring mental health diagnosis.

People must have a care co-ordinator and want to engage with us to work towards recovery and a positive future.

All referrals must be supported by the care co-ordinator and consultant psychiatrist.


Getting referred

Referrals must be made via a care co-ordinator from the Adult Social Care Community Mental Health Team or the Early Intervention service.

A Social Care Act Assessment must have been completed by a Blackpool Social worker to determine eligibility to access the service.

We can take referrals for adults 18 to 65 years of age and can take 17 year olds if eligibility criteria is met.

Woodside Supported Housing Store in Wakefield

Who we are

Richmond Fellowship’s Woodside/Woodview Supported Housing Service is tailored for each individual using the service with the ultimate goal to help you manage your accommodation and assist you with reintegration back into independent living and the wider community.

What we do

Our 24 hour supported housing service provides recovery focused housing related support in 12 self contained units of short term accommodation for adults with mental ill health.

Staff can be accessed for support 24 hours a day.

Who we help

Our service is available to individuals aged 18 or over, who live in the Wakefield district or have a local connection to the Wakefield district and have an identified support need which impacts on their ability to maintain their accommodation.

Individuals must have recourse to public funds such as Universal Credit (or housing benefit where relevant).


Getting referred

All referrals are received through the local Council’s Single Point of Access.

A referral form and brief assessment will be completed by a referring party (where there is a third party) or by staff at the Single Point of Access.

What we do

Our service consists of 6 beds with the ultimate aim to support individuals to move on to independent living.

We help engage people with meaningful activities such as work, training or education, support individuals to maintain their tenancy, access benefits, budgeting and to develop living skills like cooking as well as finding and accessing local services e.g. GP, dentist or day centres.

Who we help

Our service is available to adults aged 18 years old and over, experiencing mental ill health and in need of housing.


Getting referred

Referrals are received through Wandsworth Housing Accommodation Group (HAG).

Nominees will be assessed by Richmond Fellowship staff to determine whether or not our accommodation is suitable for the individual.

Successful individuals will be accepted and will be invited to sign the tenancy.

The service will inform HAG of any unsuccessful applications, and reasons for rejection.

To access accommodation you must be under the community mental health team, have a care co-ordinator and meet the funding criteria through the social care assessment team.

Tameside Supported Housing Store in Hyde

What we do

Our aim is to help individuals on their recovery journey so they’re able to move on to more independent living within the community.

We run three 24hr supported housing schemes in the Tameside area:

Manchester Road
This scheme is available to men and women and is made up of 12 individual rooms in the main building with shared communal facilities including living room, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms. We also have four self contained flats on site. The landlord for the properties is Regenda while Richmond Fellowship is the managing agent.

Maple House
This scheme is available to men and women and is made up of 13 self contained flats. There is also a communal lounge, kitchen and dining area. Creative Support is the landlord for the property.

Boston Bank House
This scheme is for women only and is made up of five self contained flats. There is also a communal lounge, kitchen and conservatory area. Creative Support is the landlord for the property.

Who we help

Our scheme is available for adults over the age of 18 with long term mental health needs. We welcome referrals from community mental health teams.

Surrey Supported Housing (Croft House) Store in East Molesey

Richmond Fellowship’s Croft House Supported Housing Service is tailored for each individual using the service with the ultimate goal to help you manage your accommodation and assist you with reintegration back into independent living and the wider community.

What we do

We provide supported housing for 17 individuals experiencing mental ill health.

The support we provide includes assisting with daily living skills, support to regain independent living, benefits and budgeting, integration in the community, social networks and back in to employment where possible.

Who we help

Our service is available to individuals who are aged 18 and over experiencing mental ill health.

Individuals must have a local connection or living in Elmbridge at the time of referral.

Referrals must not present an excessive risk which cannot be reasonably managed with the level of support provided at Croft House.

Individuals must bee willing to share communal facilities and attend communal meetings and must demonstrated adequate insight in order to work closely with professionals in order to reduce risks etc.

Sudbury Supported Housing Store in Sudbury

Who we are

Richmond Fellowship’s Sudbury Supported Housing Service is tailored for each individual using the service with the ultimate goal to help you manage your accommodation and assist you with reintegration back into independent living and the wider community.

What we do

We provide 15 supported housing flats for clients experiencing mental ill health. The support is tailored for each service user and the ultimate goal is to help clients manage their accommodation and assist them with re-integration back into mainstream housing within 2 years.

We also offer a community support service for a fixed period of time. This is designed to help those already living in their own homes receive assistance with day-to-day tasks and activities.

Who we help

We take individuals over 18 who are on the Babergh Special Needs Housing Register or who have had their housing need recognised by another housing provider who can provide move-on accommodation.


Getting referred

Referrals should be made by an individual’s care co-ordinator who will have assessed their need for support.

We then meet with the individual to discuss their needs and together develop a tailored support plan.
