Who we are
Richmond Fellowship’s Sudbury Supported Housing Service is tailored for each individual using the service with the ultimate goal to help you manage your accommodation and assist you with reintegration back into independent living and the wider community.
What we do
We provide 15 supported housing flats for clients experiencing mental ill health. The support is tailored for each service user and the ultimate goal is to help clients manage their accommodation and assist them with re-integration back into mainstream housing within 2 years.
We also offer a community support service for a fixed period of time. This is designed to help those already living in their own homes receive assistance with day-to-day tasks and activities.
Who we help
We take individuals over 18 who are on the Babergh Special Needs Housing Register or who have had their housing need recognised by another housing provider who can provide move-on accommodation.
Referrals should be made by an individual’s care co-ordinator who will have assessed their need for support.
We then meet with the individual to discuss their needs and together develop a tailored support plan.
