Who we are

The One Bristol Community Link Service supports individuals, one-to-one, with a wide range of issues that can impact one's mental health and wellbeing. We are a small team working out of community centres and Welcome Spaces around Bristol.

We understand

We understand that finding and accessing the support that you need can be challenging and can leave you feeling overwhelmed.

The Community Link Team can support you to make the connections that matter most to you.

Connecting you to services:
We can assist you in identifying and accessing health and wellbeing support available from both voluntary and statutory services.

Connecting you to help:
We can work with you to develop strategies and approaches for staying well and maintaining a positive attitude in difficult situations.

Connecting you with your community:
We can help you to access community groups and venues, enabling you to build and maintain positive connections.

What we will do

A Community Link worker will contact you to discuss what assistance you may require, even if you are unsure of this yourself. You will be able to meet and agree a plan for gaining access to support.

We can accompany you to first appointments if you find it difficult to do so on your own, or we can help you understand what is required to access another service. We can work with you to develop a plan to help you stay well when things get overwhelming.

We can meet with you in the community to help you gain confidence so that you can manage and access support independently into the future.
