Cumbria Community Haven

Crisis Service

Who we are

We are a free mental health service providing support to adults living in Cumbria. We are part of Richmond Fellowship, a nationwide mental health charity.

What we do

We provide a welcoming and non-judgemental place for individuals struggling emotionally and socially with life challenges, or those facing a mental health crisis.

We offer support through one-to-one appointments, these can be face-to-face or over the phone. We also host weekly drop-in sessions in various community settings throughout Allerdale and Copeland, no appointment is required for these.

The support provided includes guidance and information on how to positively manage your mental health and develop coping mechanisms, emotional support and signposting to relevant services.

Who we help

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over who are living in Cumbria.
