Who we are

Richmond Fellowship’s Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire Employment Service specialises in providing support for people living with or recovering from mental ill health and Autism / Asperger’s to retain their current employment or regain new employment.

What we do

Our Employment Advisors provide one to one support, information, advice and guidance working closely with clients to set positive and achievable goals to either retain their current employment or regain new employment.

We offer careers advice and guidance around finding the right job for you, courses and volunteering.

We assist with CVs, applications and interviews (online and in person) plus advice around disclosure of disabilities to an employer.

For clients in work we support with grievances, disciplinaries, planning a phased return to work including reasonable adjustments and return to work meetings.

Who we help

Anyone aged over 18, resident in Cambridgeshire, who is experiencing mental ill health or Autism/Asperger’s impacting on their ability to work or access education or training opportunities.

Getting referred

Health care professionals can use the referral form or phone in. Potential clients can self-refer by email or via telephone.
