Horsham Pathfinder Servce

Community Support

Who we are

Richmond Fellowship’s Horsham Community Based Support service works with individuals affected by mental ill health already living in their own homes to receive assistance with day-to-day tasks and activities, such as budgeting finances or doing the weekly food shop.

This Richmond Fellowship service is a part of Pathfinder West Sussex, supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing. Pathfinder is an alliance of organisations providing a single point of access to mental health support across West Sussex. To find out more, visit www.pathfinderwestsussex.org.uk

What we do

We offer a number of different community based support services, including community outreach, a HUB drop-in, a 5 ways to wellbeing group, and a peer support group.

Our Community Outreach support service offers a one-to-one contact point via drop-ins.

The Pathfinder HUB drop-in provides signposting, information and advice.

We also offer a 5 ways to wellbeing group in partnership with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SPFT).

Our Peer support group is a one-to-one drop-in depression support group run in partnership with the NHS Recovery College and Job Centre Plus group and is designed for ESA claimants who identify as having mental ill health and whose self esteem is holding them back in their recovery and eventual return to the workforce.

Who we help

Our service is available to anyone aged 18 or over with a mental health condition.
