Who we are

Richmond Fellowship’s Foxlands House residential service works with you to recognise when you are becoming unwell and help you take preventative measures to avoid relapse. We work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to provide one-to-one bespoke support for you.

What we do

We are a 6 bedroom CQC registered rehabilitation home. We support people with mental health problems to relearn or develop independent living skills, whilst people to develop their own aspirations.

We use a strategic direction which focuses on prevention and avoiding acute in-patient admissions.

The service plays an important role in delivering community based support in partnership with Barnet, Enfield and Haringey mental health trust (BEHMHT) and the intensive enablement team (IET).

Our aim is to move people on from the care home into the self contained flats at Colindale or in the community within a 2 year time frame.

Our advice and support may include maintaining tenancy, accessing work, education, safeguarding, empowering people making choices, faith and beliefs, social inclusion, and signposting to other services.

All residents are supported by a named staff member who is their keyworker.

Who we help

Our service is for people over the age of 18 diagnosed with a mental health problem.

To be eligible, you must be under a care-coordinator/psychiatrist or deemed eligible for BCCG funding or agreed joint funding with LBB.

We can also accept out of borough referrals.
