Who we are
In our peer support service, all our staff have experienced mental ill health and have used mental health services. In addition, to become a peer supporter, they have completed the peer employment training provided by Recovery Innovations.
This Richmond Fellowship service is a part of Pathfinder West Sussex, supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing. Pathfinder is an alliance of organisations providing a single point of access to mental health support across West Sussex. To find out more, visit www.pathfinderwestsussex.org.uk
What we do
Working alongside a trained peer support worker, who have their own experience of mental ill health to help you build strategies and explore your own unique goals and aspirations.
A personal support plan will be developed with you to keep a record of your goals and will be reviewed on a regular basis.
Richmond Fellowship has a variety of group sessions that can be delivered. We can deliver condition specific groups, such as the depression support group, led by a peer support worker or more social based groups and activities depending on the needs or those we are working with.
