Who we are

Richmond Fellowship’s Woodside/Woodview Supported Housing Service is tailored for each individual using the service with the ultimate goal to help you manage your accommodation and assist you with reintegration back into independent living and the wider community.

What we do

Our 24 hour supported housing service provides recovery focused housing related support in 12 self contained units of short term accommodation for adults with mental ill health.

Staff can be accessed for support 24 hours a day.

Who we help

Our service is available to individuals aged 18 or over, who live in the Wakefield district or have a local connection to the Wakefield district and have an identified support need which impacts on their ability to maintain their accommodation.

Individuals must have recourse to public funds such as Universal Credit (or housing benefit where relevant).

Getting referred

All referrals are received through the local Council’s Single Point of Access.

A referral form and brief assessment will be completed by a referring party (where there is a third party) or by staff at the Single Point of Access.
