How we help

Our aim at Trinity Street is to provide a safe, supportive place to live, where individuals can achieve their potential and work towards their personal goals, whilst maintaining and improving on ‘life skills’.

Our staff take a person-centred approach and work with individuals to develop their customised support plans. The aim is to help them stay well and avoid further hospitalisation.

We provide emotional, practical and social support within a multi-disciplinary framework to assist individuals to re-establish, develop and maintain skills within the community, and where possible access education and training.

Who we can help

We accept people aged over 18 with diagnosed mental health problems. We try to prioritise those who have been living in an institutional environment for some time and who need support to move on.

Referrals are accepted from community mental health teams, and CPA co-ordinators.

To make a referral, contact our service administrator for a referral pack which can be sent out by either email or post. When we receive a completed referral we assess it and decide whether the referred person is suitable for a placement with us. If so, we organise an appointment to start the referral process.
