We provide outreach support to people with mental ill health in the community.
Richmond Fellowship in West Sussex is part of Pathfinder West Sussex. Pathfinder West Sussex is an alliance of organisations working together to enable people with mental health support needs, and their carers, to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
How we help
Our service includes individual sessions with a recovery worker who will work alongside you to address your practical needs and achieve your personal goals. They will also support you in respect of your emotional, mental and physical wellbeing, working with and supporting you to access other services to improve over-all wellbeing.
Who we can help
Our service is for adults aged over 18 with mental ill health who are registered with a GP and/or are resident in the areas served by Chichester District Council.
At the heart of everything we do lies:
- Hope: the belief that recovery is possible for every individual
- Respect: valuing differences and all contributions
- Enabling: giving people encouragement and support to achieve their goals
- Inclusion: the belief that everyone has a right to participate fully in society.
