Who we are
Richmond Fellowship’s Wiltshire Community Support service works with individuals affected by mental ill health already living in their own homes to receive assistance with day-to-day tasks and activities, such as budgeting finances and providing support in applying for benefits and benefit appeals.
What we do
We support people with mental ill health to maintain their tenancy ensuring they continue to live independently, providing assistance with social or private landlords, homeowners and people moving into starter tenancies from supported accommodation.
We work with people on a one-to-one basis concentrating on the individuals needs and towards agreed goals.
Our service can offer you support if you're at risk of losing your tenancy as a result of poor mental ill health.
This may be due to poor financial management, rent arrears, anti-social behaviours, hoarding or self neglect.
We can also provide support if you are establishing yourself in a new tenancy.
Who we help
Individuals must be 18 or over and live in the local Wiltshire area.
Getting referred
You can self refer or be referred by your GP, CPN or your Social Worker.
