Richmond Fellowship’s Thanet Community Based Support service works with individuals affected by mental ill health already living in their own homes to receive assistance with day-to-day tasks and activities, such as budgeting finances or doing the weekly food shop.
What we do
Our community-based service offers individuals support in the form of initial one-to-one sessions, structured workshops and peer support training.
Support is time-bound and aimed at achieving goals identified by those referred to the service to aid their recovery journey.
Who we help
Our service is available to people who are aged over 18, reside in Thanet and are recovering from mental ill health.
Individuals must be willing to participate in the service on offer, as part of their recovery journey.
Individuals can self-refer directly by phone or email.
Referrals by partner agencies working with Live Well Kent are also welcome.
