Who we are
Richmond Fellowship’s Surrey and North East Hants Employment Service specialises in providing support for people living with or recovering from mental ill health to find paid employment, voluntary work, education and training or to retain their current employment.
What we do
Our employment service provides advice and guidance for individuals experiencing mental ill health who want to retain their employment or get back into work.
This includes CV writing, job searching, interview practice and techniques, in-work advice and guidance, job retention and employer liaison support.
Who we help
Anyone aged over 18 who lives with mental ill health and is looking for paid employment or requires in-work guidance.
Getting referred
Professional referral by Community Mental Health Teams, GPs, IAPT services and any other agency providing support.
