Who we are

Richmond Fellowship’s Havering IPS Employment Service specialises in providing support for people living with or recovering from mental ill health to find paid employment, voluntary work, education and training or to retain their current employment.

What we do

At the Havering IPS Employment service we’re here to help anyone under the secondary mental health teams get into competitive paid employment.

If you’re experiencing mental ill health, such as stress, anxiety or depression and feel that working would help on your recovery journey, speak to your mental health professional about being referred to Richmond Fellowship.

If you’ve been out of work for a long time due to your mental health and are keen to get back into employment then we can help you recover. Speak to your mental health care professional about referring you to Richmond Fellowship.

If you’re a business or an employer and are interested in finding out more about supporting staff with mental ill health, please get in touch.

Who we help

To access our service you must be aged 18 or over, live in Havering and suffer from mental ill health (note: you don’t have to be officially diagnosed).

Getting referred

We accept referrals from any Nelft staff (for example a psychiatrist, support worker, CMHT, or GPs).

Organisations such as Job Centre Plus, Mind, Family Mosaic and others refer to us.

You can self refer to us and can pop in.

We have a simple one page referral form that can be completed and emailed over, or information given over the phone.
