Who we are
Richmond Fellowship’s Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire Employment Service specialises in providing support for people living with or recovering from mental ill health to find paid employment, voluntary work, education and training or to retain their current employment.
What we do
Our specialist employment service provides one to one support for people who have been off work due to mental health challenges and are keen to return to employment, voluntary work, education or relevant training.
We work closely with clients to set positive and achievable goals and our services comprise information, advice and guidance; career choice and planning; identifying skills and development; practical support with job search, job applications, CVs and interview preparation; and access to free courses for personal and career development.
We offer careers advice and guidance, help with CVs, applications and interviews plus advice around disclosure of disabilities to an employer.
Who we help
Anyone aged over 18, resident in Cambridgeshire, who is experiencing mental ill health impacting on the ability to work or access education or training opportunities.
