Who we are
Richmond Fellowship’s Bucks Healthy Minds Employment Service specialises in providing support for people living with or recovering from mental ill health to find paid employment, voluntary work, education and training or to retain their current employment.
What we do
Our service provides job retention support for adults registered with a GP in Buckinghamshire and a diagnosed mental health condition.
We provide one-to-one support via telephone and email for up to 6 months to help people stay in work, change jobs or return from sick leave.
We offer a Work Well Preparing for Employment course. It lasts 6 weeks for 2 hours a week and is specially tailored for unemployed people who want to get back into employment.
Guidance includes writing CVs, application forms, interview techniques, barriers and benefits to employment, disclosing health conditions and transferrable skills.
We offer careers advice and guidance, help with CVs, applications and interviews plus advice around disclosure of disabilities to an employer.
Who we help
The service is for anyone over 18 referred to us by Healthy Minds Bucks IAPT with a mild to moderate mental health condition.
