We provide long and short term supported living services to 57 people in 12 properties across the city. We offer a three phased model of enabling support which allows individuals to progress their recovery at a pace appropriate for them. We work closely with key partners including Solent Health. The overall aim is to increase independence, prevent relapse and enable individuals to manage their own mental health.
How we help
We inclusively work with each individual so they develop the necessary skills to move on successfully to less supported or independent accommodation with reduced hours of support. We achieve this through co-production in action and support planning with regular reviews. We work in partnership with housing providers and Portsmouth City Council to identify appropriate move-on options.
