Who we are

Richmond Fellowship's Redbridge & Havering IAPT Employment Service specialises in providing support for people living with or recovering from mental ill health to find paid employment, voluntary work, education and training or to retain their current employment.

What we do

Our service provides vocational advice and guidance whilst supporting individuals with job finding skills, CV writing and interview techniques.

We provide benefit information, or can refer to relevant agencies.

We can provide specialist advice on employment legislation, including the Equality Act.

Our service provides vocational assessments, including training needs and availability.

We also offer advice and guidance for employers as well as a mediation service.

Who we help

We work with people who are experiencing mental ill health and want to access work or work related activity.

Our job retention service is aimed at people experiencing mental ill health because of a work related problem.

People wishing to access the service must be accessing Redbridge or Havering talking therapies.

Getting referred

Referrals are via therapists at Redbridge and Havering Talking Therapies.
