Who we are
Richmond Fellowship’s East Surrey Community Connections service provides support to individual’s, living in Surrey, who would like support with their mental health and wellbeing.
Our Community Links Advisors can work with you on a one-to-one basis providing information, advice and guidance and informal short term support as required.
At your first appointment your Advisor will discuss your interests with you and any goals that you have. They will then work with you to develop a support plan, using the Recovery Star approach to help you to access community activities.
Your Advisor will encourage you to take practical steps to reach the goals you set and will support you to overcome any barriers you may encounter.
You will also have access to a range of wellbeing courses and peer support groups.
What we do
Our service is here to help improve the mental wellbeing of people living in East Surrey.
One to one
Our Community Links Advisors can work with you on a one-to-one basis, in person or virtually, for up to 8 sessions providing information, advice and guidance and informal short-term support as required.

Your advisor will encourage you to take practical steps to reach the goals you set and will support you to overcome any barriers you may encounter.
Our advisors will use their expert skills to signpost you to local organisations that can also be of help.
