Head Office is based in Old Town,
Swindon and the service is delivered in over 18 locations in the
Wiltshire area to ensure that there is an accessible service for
everyone in Wiltshire.
Each person is assigned their own Employment Advisor, who works with them to
understand their aspirations and to design a personal plan to
achieve their employment and training goals.

- Labour market information
- Weekly Job Club
- General benefit information
- Skills Coaching
- IT training
- Groupwork on CV Skills, Interview - -Techniques, Disability
Discrimination Act etc.
- Work with employers to highlight the issues concerning mental
health in the workplace
- Provide access to a variety of Jobcentre Plus services
- Partnership work with Wiltshire College, New College, Solomon
Training and Swindon College
- Part of the national Nextstep Information Advice and Guidance
Service
Eligibility criteria
People wishing to access our services must be:-
- Aged 18 and upwards
- Reside in the Swindon and Wiltshire area
- Be motivated to engage in the services provided
People can refer themselves or can be referred from their GP, Social
Worker, Community Mental Health Team, Occupational Therapist and Job
Centre Plus. (If
