Stuart Riggall - Director of Central Services
I joined Richmond Fellowship in September 2000 as Director of Central Services. My role is to provide strategic leadership on people management issues and other central support services within RF.
The service functions that fall within my responsibility are Human Resources and Payroll, Training and Development Services and IT.
