Stephanie qualified as a food scientist working within the international food industry for 6 years. Due to her own health, a career change developed within the mental health & disability field, working as a freelance trainer and researcher. Along side this she was the chair of the South Yorkshire Women's Development Trust where she was the driver in the revival and sustainability of the organisation. Currently she is chair & co founder of Business Boosters Network community Interest Company, which carries out consultancy & brokerage within the health sector throughout the UK and Europe.
