We employ a diverse Staff team of 850 people, and are committed to the ongoing training and development of our Staff. Our comprehensive training programmes ensure a dedicated, highly skilled and motivated workforce, backed by an efficient central support system.
At Richmond Fellowship staff development and ongoing high quality management support is taken very seriously, as demonstrated by the achievement of the Investors in People award (IIP). The in-house Training and Development Team is dedicated to providing stimulating and informative training courses which meet current and future needs of service delivery and organisational development.
