Services Directory
Richmond Fellowship (RF)

RF has services throughout England, offering housing, care and support to people with mental health problems. We provide a broad range of adaptable Community Based Services as follows:

  • Supported Housing
(Housing Management with the addition of non-housing related support)

  • Supported Housing
(Housing related support including Floating Support*)

  • Independent Hospitals

  • Care Homes with Nursing

  • Residential Care Homes

  • Community Based Services (including Day Services)

  • Domiciliary Care

All our services (apart from Amadeus House in Ealing and Pele Tower in Sunderland) are locally commissioned, and have a defined referral route, usually restricted to local residents.

*In Floating Support, people live in ordinary, independent accommodation, but require support to enable them to maintain their tenancy. As the tenancy will continue whether or not support is needed, there is no need to move on when support is no longer required.

RF also runs a range of services providing employment advice, support into work, training, work experience and rehabilitation. Its Service Users are people with mental health problems who have been or are at risk of being excluded from the labour market as a result of poor mental health.

These adaptable services are often provided in an integrated way as part of wider community initiatives. They include:

  • Employment advice to support individuals into paid work
  • In-house work placements that develop work skills and self-confidence

  • In-house training programmes, helping Service Users to further develop their skills and confidence

  • Retain, an Employment Service available in a limited number of areas at present, is focused on supporting people with mental health problems who are still employed but at risk of losing their job. We are hoping to expand this service in the future
