RF’s highly regarded training has always focused around an understanding of the core principles and values of social inclusion and recovery, the founding ethos of the organisation.
Comprehensive training programmes ensure a dedicated, highly skilled and motivated workforce, backed by an efficient central support system. Replacing NVQs, a wide range of QCF qualifications enable RF to quality assure its standards, backed by a dedicated in-house Assessment Centre. RF’s retention of the Investors in People Award (IIP) for a further three years in December 2011 demonstrates the organisation’s dedication to ongoing Staff development and high quality management support. RF was also recently awarded EFQM C2E status.
The in-house Training and Development team provides stimulating and informative training courses designed to meet current and future needs of service delivery and organisational development. In Autumn 2011 RF commissioned the Management Centre to deliver an innovative Management Development Programme consisting of six separate modules focusing on management best practice. As well as formal training programmes, RF’s Best Practice Groups and Knowledge Management seminars share and disseminate learning and ideas throughout the organisation.
