Derek joined RF as Chief Executive on 1 August 2012. As well as being an Executive Director and Trustee of RF, he is also Non-Executive Director and Trustee of its wholly-owned subsidiary, 2Care. Stuart has been an Executive Director and Trustee of RF since the Board was re-structured in 2008.
Stuart joined RF in October 2000. As Director of People and Organisation Development, he is responsible for Human Resources, Payroll, Learning & Development and Information Technology, ensuring these areas support the delivery of RF’s charitable objects and corporate aims.
Stuart has worked within the Human Resources field for over twenty years in the private, public and not for profit sectors and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Declaration of Interests >
Raj has been an Executive Director and Trustee of RF since 2008. He has been a Trustee of 2Care since 2011 and is a Trustee of its pension scheme.
Raj joined RF 2008. As Director of Finance, he plays a leading role in shaping and delivering the corporate strategy, ensuring effective and robust financial processes to support the business and to comply with the requirements of the Homes & Communities Agency and RF's other regulators.
Raj is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. He has spent his career in core financial accounting roles and, immediately before joining RF, was Finance Director at Stonham Housing Association. Declaration of Interests >
Diane was appointed an Executive Director and Trustee of RF in 2010 and joined the Board of 2Care in January 2013.
Diane has responsibility for Operations and for Performance & Quality, making a commitment to leading a culture of continuous improvement in the services the RF Group delivers to Service Users.
Following an early career in front line work in homelessness, mental health, social housing and substance misuse, Diane spent a number of years working in public health, then moved to a national role in 2002 to lead a partnership between the National Treatment Agency and the Healthcare Commission (now CQC) to set up a programme of thematic improvement reviews for substance misuse treatment services.
Immediately before joining RF, Diane spent three years managing the performance, measurement and informed government practice at the National Audit Office.
Diane has been a lay member of Southwark Clinical Commissioning Group since October 2012 and was formerly a Non-Executive Director of Greenwich PCT. Declaration of Interests >
