"What keeps me working in this sector is being empowered to achieve outcomes to the service users"

Striving to be an employer of excellence and choice, Richmond Fellowship has been working in the mental health and community care field for almost fifty years. Employing over 800 staff, we run 120 services across England that provide support and housing services to people with mental health problems.

Key to our success is our dedicated team of people. We operate within diverse communities, so promoting diversity within our workforce is a priority, whilst our people management ethos ensures that every individual understands the high standards we adhere to.

We also provide a comprehensive training and development programme that equips our staff for 'making recovery reality' for service users. Indeed, learning, and the promotion of values-based practice is a vital part of our culture. As well as providing the tools that allow staff to develop, we focus on skills, knowledge, staff attitudes and values and promote ownership and choice for our clients.

Join us and you'll enjoy an attractive benefits package that includes a pension scheme, life assurance, Childcare Vouchers, an Employee Assistance programme, 25 days annual leave (rising to a maximum of 30 days), Season ticket loan and paid retention leave after five year's continuous service.
