Members of the No Label Required Editorial Board travelled to Cambridge to interview Lord Williams, former Archbishop of Canterbury and RF's Vice Patron, in his new role as Master of Magdalene College. A long time admirer of the work of RF, he described his views on supporting people with mental health problems in our society today.

My name is Amanda and I have Bipolar Affective Disorder. Three years ago I was very fortunate to be offered a placement at Richmond Fellowship Barnet to learn Photoshop. I found Photoshop baffling at first but persevered and after a follow up course I was told that I had great potential and natural flair for graphic design. Gradually, I became a volunteer and began working on in-house publications, and took on commissions from other charities to design logos and websites.
